Cherry Hill Development Corporation (CHDC) and Chesapeake Community Advisors, Inc. developed 24 new townhomes in the Cherry Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. This project consists of 24 three-bedroom, 2½ bath townhomes, and includes garages. Construction financing was provided by Susquehanna Bank and a City of Baltimore HOME loan.
All 24 townhomes were sold to homebuyers with incomes less than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) per the HOME regulations. Sale prices ranged from $114,900 to $119,900.
