Chesapeake Community Advisors, Inc. is serving as the development consultant for Lutheran Social Services of Michigan (LSSM) on the renovation of Danish Village Apartments. The project consists of one four-story building with 150 one-bedroom/one-bath units and targets seniors between 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

All 150 apartments have been fully renovated with new kitchens, bathroom light fixtures, carpeting, energy efficient windows and air conditioners. Other improvements include a relocated library, a new first floor kitchen and elevator cabs, and a makeover for the beauty salon.
