River Park Village at the Whittier

River Park Village at the Whittier is an historic hotel, located on the East Side of the City of Detroit and built in 1926 by Detroit architect Charles N. Agree.

The hotel has been historically renovated and converted into a mixed-income senior development, which will encompass the two 8-story structures. The ground floor will contain a winter garden, dining room, ballroom and office space for visiting professionals.

CCA represented the Phoenix Communities, Inc. as a development consultant.
