The historic rehabilitation of the Warfield Building “I” is part of the rejuvenation of the Warfield Complex, located in Sykesville, MD. The “I” building is one of the sixteen buildings in the Warfield Complex, previously known as the Springfield Hospital. The 21,955 square foot building has been leased by Nexion Health, a national health care provider, for use as their headquarters.

CCA served as financing consultant for this project, providing advice regarding deal structure. CCA’s specific services included identifying, negotiating and securing tax credit investors.
