Warehouse Apartments

Warehouse Apartments

The Warehouse Apartments are located in Hanover, PA. The project involves the historic restoration of four buildings, including a turn-of-century furniture warehouse and 22 substandard units.

The redevelopment utilized historic tax credits, LIHTCs, a county HOME, and a bank construction and permanent mortgage. The warehouse was converted into 15 townhouses and the existing units were combined and enlarged to create 33 total units.

David Prout, as principal of CCA, acted as developer and owner of the property.
