Pullman Apartments

Pullman Apartments

Pullman Apartments is the conversion of the historic Pullman Automotive warehouse into 22 units of affordable senior housing. This building was the first major redevelopment taking place in North York in many years. As a result, it created a great deal of interest to many other adjacent buildings. It is estimated that over $100 million has been invested in the 200-300 block of North George Street since 1994.

All units serve residents earning less than 50% AMI.
