Fisher House

Fisher House

CCA served as financial and construction management consultant on the historic rehabilitation of Fisher House Apartments. We provided historic tax credit consulting services including deal structuring, identifying and negotiating with tax credit investors, and construction oversight.

The project consists of the rehabilitation of four historic buildings in the Westover Historic District of Arlington County.

New additions were added on all four buildings to increase the number of 2 bedroom units. All units were fully renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, flooring, plumbing, electrical and HVAC and sprinkler systems. The buildings' exterior brick was selectively repointed and the roofs were replaced. All four buildings benefited from new landscaping.
