The National Marine Bank Building rehabilitation project converted this historic bank building into first class office space. Constructed in 1905, this building originally served as a banking center for ship captains coming into the Baltimore Harbor.
At the time of purchase, this 40,000 square foot building had been vacant for 6 years. This 2.8 million dollar project was completed in 6 months, and is now 100% occupied by the owner and developer of the property.
This historic renovation was governed by the National Park Service Standards, and adeptly aligns many original elements of the building with features of a functional, modern office space.
