Completed in 2001, the complex consists of 44 affordable units and 12 market rate units. The site provides parking areas, lighting, landscaping, laundry facilities, security systems and an onsite combination management/tenant association meeting room. The project’s location is convenient to schools, shopping, and public transportation.
The project was financed with tax exempt bonds and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs).
