Carlton Court involved the acquisition and rehabilitation of 40 units of multi-family housing financed originally by a Rural Development 515 loan.

CCA jointly purchased the property, preserved the existing Section 8 contract, assumed and re-structured existing RD debt, and rehabilitated the property using the proceeds of 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and new conventional debt.
