Kristine Weilbacker Hanson is a housing and community development expert, specializing in finance, market analysis, policy and program administration, and urban and community planning. She currently serves as a special consultant to CCA on development, finance and portfolio projects.
Ms. Weilbacker Hanson has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing and real estate development. Prior to joining CCA, Ms. Weilbacker Hanson was a Development Officer for the Enterprise Social Investment Corporation, where she worked primarily on tax credit projects in the southeast region of the United States. Before working for the Enterprise Social Investment Corporation, she worked for several government entities as well as nonprofits and financial institutions.
Ms. Weilbacker Hanson also serves as a consultant for various non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her experience includes conducting real estate related research, as well as performing development services, strategic planning, preparation of funding applications and other development services.
Ms. Weilbacker Hanson holds a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the George Washington University, in Washington, D.C.
