Ms. Breazeale’s community development experience includes working with non-profit developers, housing counselors and regional tax credit funds. At CCA, Ms. Breazeale performs real estate underwriting for tax credit funds, structures financing for multi-family projects, assists with development of LIHTC projects and is responsible for Year 15 exit strategies and dispositions.
Prior to joining CCA, Ms. Breazeale served as an Associate in the Acquisitions and Underwriting Department at Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation. At CAHEC, Ms. Breazeale worked on underwriting historic and low income housing tax credit properties.
Ms. Breazeale graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University. She received a Masters in Regional Planning with a concentration in Real Estate Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
