Patty Howard is a paralegal with more than 7 years of experience in real estate. Using her real estate expertise, Ms. Howard performs real estate closings, drafts and reviews closing documents, handles pre and post closing issues, due diligence, title and survey reviews and searches, orders and reviews corporate documents and other commercial real estate matters.
Prior to joining CCA, Ms. Howard worked for the Baltimore office of a national law firm. Her responsibilities included commercial real estate development, acquisition and financing, for for-profit and non-profit entities, and commercial and health care lending transactions, including transactions involving continuing care retirement communities, assisted-living facilities, and nursing homes.
Ms. Howard holds an A.A. degree in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College and an A.A. in Business Management from Community College of Baltimore County.
